Please note: The order status section you see on your Order Confirmation screen does not update as we process your order. Please disregard this as all of our orders are downloaded into our proprietary in-house automated order management system, which provides you with our 5-digit internal order processing number once your order has been processed(begins with a "1"). We are currently in the process of integrating this feature to display order status in real-time on this screen.

When your order is updated or shipped, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with tracking number from our internal order management system. Should you have any questions or comments regarding an existing order, please fill out our Customer Service Request Form below and one of our customer service representative will get in touch with you immediately (within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays). This is the most effective, trackable, and fastest method for us to assist you with your order.

TopDJGear is committed to your satisfaction as a valued customer and we strive to provide the highest quality customer care and service. Unless otherwise specified, all products advertised are new, factory-sealed models.

Payment Options
We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, check or money order and bank wires.

If you decide to do a Bank Wire Transfer, please add $25 fee in addition to the total order price because your bank & our bank deduct fees for this type of transaction. Instructions for Bank Wire Transfers will be emailed to you after you place your order.

Credit Card Verification
Please note that in order for us to process your order expeditiously, the address that you provide us for shipment should match your billing address. We cannot ship your product to a different address without you first notifying your credit card provider of an alternate shipping address (you can find your credit card company's phone number on the back of your card). You may also fax or email us a copy of both sides of your credit card along with a form of government issued identification (such as a driver's license or passport) and a signed letter authorizing the transaction. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.
You can also send us funds through Paypal which is the quickest method of ordering should you not have or want to use a credit card. If you do not have a Paypal account you can sign up for one in minutes. Using Paypal usually expedites the shipment and processing of International orders.

A deposit may be required to reserve a position for a just released / newly arriving product or for limited supply products, special order or custom order products. Customers will be notified of such a situation and upon their approval, have their card charged immediately for a product prior to its release and delivery. This is to ensure immediate delivery of the product as soon as it arrives at our facilities.

Security and Privacy
We thoroughly investigate the validity of each credit card and will assist the authorities in prosecuting all fraudulent transactions.

When we request personal information from you (such as name, address, phone number and credit card number), it is done on secure servers. Your order is secured with the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) 128-bit encryption standard. SSL provides you with the freedom to shop online without the fear that your credit card information is being stolen. For security reasons, credit card numbers are erased from orders more than 30 days old.

We are so confident in our security that we guarantee you'll pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card while shopping at TopDJGear.com. Federal law limits your liability for unauthorized charges to your account. The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card company (creditor) cannot hold you liable for more than $50 in the unlikely event a fraudulent charge occurs on your account. If you encounter a fraudulent credit card charge at topdjgear.com, don't worry, we'll pay up to $50 of liability. No credit card risk-guaranteed!

In the extremely unlikely event of a fraudulent use of your credit card at TopDJGear.com, you must notify your credit card company in accordance with its rules and procedures. TopDJGear.com only covers this liability if the unauthorized use of your card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at TopDJGear.com.

At TopDJGear we understand the importance of protecting our customers personal information. Unlike many other online companies, we do not sell or offer our customer details to any third party. Occasionally we offer our customers certain promotions relating to the products we sell, newsletters or other information that we feel may benefit you or inform you of newly introduced products. If you do not wish to receive such emails or literature you may note so on your order form or email us.

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of shipment date for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds are for the value of the equipment only, less a 5-20% restocking fee (depending on the condition of the item). Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility if an item is not purchased. All items (except those specified below) carry a 30-day return policy.

The following items are not returnable for any reason: DVD's, books, Final Scratch / Serato Scratch replacement records, open software, clothing, cartridges, styli, custom orders, lighting products, light bulbs, fluids and juices, cables, headphones, cases, racks, lighting stands and any other stands, novelties, bulk products, speakers and PA cabinets, raw speakers, tweeters, slipmats, and jewelry.

Return Instructions
You must contact us through the Customer Service Request Form above for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your item. Items shipped without an RA number will be refused. Any item found defective upon receipt will be repaired under warranty immediately. All items returned must be in perfect condition, exhibit no scratches or other cosmetic damage and show no signs of wear. All original documentation and materials including, but not limited to warranty cards, instruction manuals and connecting cables must be included for timely refund, exchange or credit. For returns that do not meet these conditions, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel an order which has already been shipped, or if you refuse the delivery of merchandise, you will be billed for any and all shipping charges, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Return everything in its original condition! After you receive your RA number from us, write the RA number on the outside shipping box, NOT the manufacturer's box. Repack and double box using clear tape ONLY! Insure and ship your items back using a trackable service like FedEx, UPS or DHL. We are not responsible if your return gets lost in the mail. Please allow at least 2 weeks for return processing! Credit card purchases are credited back to the original card. All other purchases are refunded by company check.

Returning Defective or Damaged In Transit Items
If you receive merchandise damaged during transit, please complete the Customer Service Request Form above. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours. To qualify for return shipping, you must notify us of any problems within 72 hours of receipt and be issued a Return Authorization number, or RA#. After this 72 hour period, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Providing exceptional service to our customers and minimizing chargebacks is very important to us. Should you have any unresolved issues or any problems whatsoever at any point during your order processing that you feel has not been addressed appropriately, please feel free to contact our President directly who will make sure your transaction is handled promptly and effectively.

Pre-orders
A pre-order is an order for a product prior to its release date. By pre-ordering you can receive new products soon after the manufacturer releases it. In such circumstances, we contact the customer to let them know that the product that they are ordering has yet to be released and provide them with an estimated arrival date. If they choose to reserve the product and be on the "first-to-ship list", a 25% deposit from the customer is required in order for us to reserve their order for shipment as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse. When the order is ready to ship, a SEPARATE charge for the remaining 75% of the order will be charged (upon the customers approval).

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, you can do this by either filling out the above form with your order information or by emailing us.


There is a sales tax charge of 8.375% added to all orders shipped to any address in the state of NY.
