Free shipping offer is is valid for orders within the Continental United States which fall below specific over-size requirements and weigh less than 40 lbs. When prompted at checkout, US customers that meet these requirements must select "Free Ground Shipping (restrictions apply*)" as their shipping method in order to take advantage of this special promotion. This offer does not apply for expedited delivery or International orders.

Domestic Destination:
UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.®: Guaranteed overnight delivery on business days by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states and by 8:30 a.m. to most other U.S. cities. Saturday delivery and pickup is available.
UPS Next Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., noon or end of the next business day, depending on destination. Some shipments to and from remote locations may require additional time in transit. Saturday delivery and pickup is available for most US locations.
UPS 2nd Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
UPS 3 Day Select®: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS Ground: Guaranteed day of delivery to all fifty states and Puerto Rico.
APO & FPO Addresses
Enter "APO" or "FPO." when prompted
State/Province/Region field: Enter "AE" in the if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East.
Enter "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas.
Enter "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Following these steps will ensure that you're charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Please note that the following items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses: Apparel, camera and photo items, cell phones and service, computers, most electronics items, hardware, housewares, kitchen items, outdoor living items, software (including games), and tools.
Guam and U.S. Protectorates
Having trouble addresses for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Federated States of Micronesia? Following these steps should help:
Country field: Select the correct place name from the drop-down menu. If the correct place is not listed, choose "United States."
Zip Code field: Always double check for the correct zip code.
Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses
If you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.
UPS Standard To Canada: Guaranteed ground delivery to most addressees in the 10 provinces of Canada. Charges for customs clearance are not included in the rate. Brokerage charges, duties and taxes will be billed to the importer unless otherwise indicated by the shipper.
Please note, by ordering from us Internationally, you are accepting responsibility for ALL customs/duties/import taxes that may be levied by your respective country. International Rates include routine in-house customs clearance by UPS Supply Chain Solutions(SM). Additional charges will apply if customs clearance is performed by brokerage offices other than those designated by UPS. If an attempt is made to deny customs charges (especially for orders shipping to Canada), you will be billed for any outstanding amounts that are brought to Topdjgear's attention by an international courier. If a shipment is refused due to failure to pay customs/duties/import taxes, there will be a 20% restocking fee levied against the purchase price.
